1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

The Strand Haus provides:

  • Wig consultations (Wig Advisory)

  • Wig maintenance and styling (The Wig Suite: The Revamp & The Refresh)

  • Natural hair prep services (The Prep Suite, coming soon)

  • Wig sales (if applicable)

All services are subject to availability and professional discretion.

3. Appointments & Bookings

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings for The Wig Suite and Prep Suite services. Full payment is required for Wig Advisory consultations.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment (deposit or full) is received.

  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment may be required before or at the time of service.

  • Custom wig orders may require full upfront payment.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Wig Suite services: cancellations before wig drop-off or shipping receive a full refund. After wig is received, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Prep Suite appointments: cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior.

  • Wig Advisory consultations: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Rescheduling may be limited to one time per deposit.

6. Custom Orders

For custom wigs:

  • Processing times will be communicated before purchase.

  • Custom wigs are final sale unless defective.

  • Color, texture, and length may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

7. Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene and product nature, wigs and hair products are generally non-refundable.

  • Returns may be accepted only if items are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Approved refunds exclude shipping fees.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate measurements for custom wigs.

  • Inform us of allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions.

  • Follow proper aftercare instructions.

  • Understand that The Strand Haus is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or third-party alterations.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, branding, and text, is the property of The Strand Haus and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Strand Haus is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

  • Improper self-installation or third-party modifications

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
